Burrata’s integration layer will help bridge consumer identity and data from silo-ed Web2 systems into Web3. This open and extensible integration layer will help standardize, process, and prioritize the influx of web2 data on-chain. This integration layer is essential to onboarding the next billion users and their on-chain profiles.
We are looking for our first Product Designer to join the team and help shape the onramp experience for the next billion users into Web3. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the founding team and help develop our design language and system.
Starting in this role, can you choose to continue as a Senior Individual Contributor or Design Manager — running a larger team you grow over time.
Our current design-related tooling includes Figma, Notion, Linear, and Slack.
We would encourage you to apply if you check most of the items on this list:
- 2-3 years UI/UX design experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of or experience in working on Web3 products
We promise to keep things efficient for everyone. Our recruiting process starts with your application, followed by three interviews with the founding team:
- Culture & functional experience (45 minutes) with Osama
- Culture (15 minutes) with Ian
- Functional experience (45 minutes) with Matthew
- Close and follow-up questions (15 minutes) with Osama
During the functional experience sessions, we would love to learn about your past experiences and dig deeper into how you think about interfaces and your workflow.
We try to keep this process transparent so you can prepare and not be caught off-guard during the sessions.
If being early on a 🚀 is something that excites you, apply now!
